John A. Campa

John is a seasoned protection professional with a rich background in law enforcement and private security. His extensive experience includes county, municipal, and federal law enforcement agencies across Texas and New Mexico. Notably, he worked undercover with a specialized drug task force in New Mexico and volunteered as a reserve Police Officer in Clint, TX. He also dedicates his time to providing security services to local non-profits and is a licensed peace officer in Texas.

In 2020, John obtained his Personal Protection Officer (PPO) license and began a career in private and corporate security. His responsibilities have included safeguarding high net worth individuals, family members of clients, real estate agents during showings and evictions, hostile terminations, and nationally broadcasted news organizations operating in high-risk areas. He also has significant experience transporting and safeguarding cargo valued in the millions of dollars.

John  has served as a consultant for city governments, assisting in the search and selection of police chiefs, bringing his law enforcement expertise to the process. His consultancy also extends to businesses and organizations seeking security and asset protection solutions, working with a diverse clientele that includes retail storefronts, multimedia crews, and residential and commercial real estate owners. His leadership experience includes managing teams of more than 60 individuals to achieve client objectives.

John's career has been marked by a commitment to excellence in safeguarding communities and assets. Through his professional and volunteer work he provides unwavering commitment to the well-being of his clients and the general public around them. 

As a seasoned registered nurse with a background in critical care and education, Natalie has seamlessly applied her experience into a leadership role with Oracle Protection Group.

Natalie holds a Master’s in Nursing Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Education. She also serves as our lead instructor, holding education certifications and licenses with organizations including the American Heart Association and Emergency Nurses Association, and the STOP THE BLEED® campaign.

In her leadership role, Natalie is focused on integrating evidenced based knowledge and skills to empower others with the tools, training, and resources needed for effective emergency preparedness.
